Thanks Amethyst I tried to watch the programme via the kids wii yesterday... but it didnt support the flash so will watch it on the computer today.

I have noticed a collection charge of £1400 on the statement of account today.... it also says phoenix recoveries v sharon mawer............

I dont know what an instalment + c/o is....... but provided I pay an instalment of £15 a month, my understanding is that the c/o cant be enforced???

Right then time for a FULL SAR to these "people" as they haven't shown.
I honestly believe that they have been acting as agent for the OC and as such are NOT entitled to any payments.
This information should be turned up in the SAR..

I have sar'd hfc... & I responded to their requests (a photocopy of my passport)...at the end of last week...well my flu friend posted the letter....
