Well as this is a charging order you're going to have your work cut out for you.
This WILL be a struggle, especially considering the time that's passed since it was granted.

Firstly you need INFORMATION.
You need all of the case notes from the original CCJ as that is what we will be contesting.
This should offer some insight: Removal of CCJ's - Valid reasons to have your judgements set aside

Legally speaking there's so much wrong with this enforcement that it demands to be challenged.
You need to ensure you have everything watertight and vacuum packed
Don't give the feckers a chance to come up for air.
The days if their empty threats and harassment are drawing to a close

Also, I can if necessary, have professional people say that I was very ill from the stress of all of this (my debts)...if it helps explain the time lapse...

Just 1 question....... should I have the case notes for the ccj? Do I need to sar drydens for them?

I've a letter from drydens dated feb 09 stating their intention to obtain a ccj against me & to enforce it by way of a charging order on my property.... just havent come across anything else yet... I'l keep looking

Ok.... all I have is a letter from drydens saying that nationwide have issued & served a default notice on me under the cons cred act 1974....(jan 09)

the letter from feb 09 saying a ccj is going to be obtained...
then the charging order paperwork stating that they need it because the ccj didnt provide for payment by instalments...
I am now going to read the stop orders link that you sent me & try & get my head around it all. lol!

I've read everything...but the pennies aren't dropping! I will re-read in the morning to see if it gets any clearer to me. :-/

Remember alliance & leicester a few pages back? I claimed hardship & sent an i & e in?...........

They've refunded £475 worth of charges to my account!!!!
(I've got to have a quick look at the account to check its acceptable but it doesnt sound far off!)

So.... thats 475 from them & 160 from first direct back so far...........
