Now we're getting into the more complicated in depth stuff it might be an idea to start some new threads. I know that means about 15 new threads lol, but will be much easier to keep track, for you and us.

If you do that with a good summary where you are on each at the moment, what the situation/agreement is with the debt as stands (eg charging order / ccj / who original creditor is, what you have requested and received from them etc) then we can look at them. Curls can concentrate on the unenforceable CCA ones without us losing track of the others.

I'll do your signature for you if you like with links to all the threads in so you don't lose them lol)

Only say this cause I just spent 10 mins trying to work out which was which debt and where everything was at now. If you prefer to keep all in one place thats fine too, just do a summary of everything every couple pages lol.

                More success!

I sent the preliminary charges letter to barclaycard (I was fishing to see what accounts came back) asking for my charges back... they haven't mentioned the goldfish or littlewoods card in their response...just the current card that I use if somewhere doesn't take maestro (yes theyre still throwing credit at me )...

Anyway, they are refunding back to the card £48 (all of the charges) + £3.84 interest @ 8% as a gesture of goodwill It only has a £50 limit on it anyway (my choice) LOL!

                thanks guys x
