Well there's nothing stopping you going for the charges on the CO'd debts, but I was hopeing they were newer as this would be a good way to have them set aside.
Could work with eth May 2009 one though.

One thing which may be important... & I did tell my dmc but they ignored it....

the cabot/barclays/littlewoods card wasn't even in my name. It said 'S MOWER' on it. I did inform then when I first received the card, they told me not to worry & that theyd sort it before my next card....they never did........

To be honest the name printed on the card doesn't really matter.
What we are more interested in is the actual agreement.
As long as that complies that's all that matters.

All of the dca letters are done except UCA... do you know what that stands for? so that I can look for an address for them...

Basically they have passed me over to UCA debt collectors and there address and telphone number is the same as RMA.

Seems these "people" like confusing letters for names.
After all there's NOC, RMA and now UCA.

Well this crowd will ignore anything lawful you have to say.
They are ONLY interested in payment and will go to any lengths to get it !!!

Yes, Ive changed my mobile number because uca are pains. Even with a payment plan in place, they ring up & offer 'discounted deals' if I pay the whole lot off that day...

Ok, the letters are done, the recorded delivery slips are filled in....they'll be sent first thing.

Do I send Drydens 1 of these letters? I've just noticed theyre not on the list...

Now you have sent out the letters, don't be afraid to answer the phone.

Simply state that YOU are recording the call and for the avoidance of doubt you require ALL further communications to be in writing ONLY.

They wont like this, but you are within your rights to make that request.
