Hi,

I have a stupidly taken out debt with. Lending stream that turned into a ccj, and passed to tm legal services. I got an attachment of earnings form on Saturday from County Court, to be submitted in 8 days. Can I call tm legal, agree payment plan, and have them cancle that? I also got letter today dated 8th, saying they are on verge of submitting form for warrant of control. I'm confused, is it usual for them to do both things? Or is it two departments not talking to each other?

TM Legal seem to sending out all kinds of threats of enforcement action on CCJs recently, I'm not sure they know what they have sent to whom tbh.

When you got the CCJ was it a forthwith order or pay in installments of £x per month ? and if installments, have you been paying them?
How much approx is the judgment for and when was it awarded against you?
Is the CCJ in TM Legal's name or another debt collection company ?
