I had a ccj in 2016 with assets collections and have never missed a payment
out of the blue had a letter from Tm legal saying they were now the owners of ccj assets had not informed me of this?
now received another letter from Tm legal services saying they have an application pending for a warrant of bailiff enforcement
I can not get through to Northampton county court by telephone!
i have contacted Tm legal very rude who want me to pay more! Fill in another finiancial forms said my 5.00 a month not enough
can they do this ? And a ccj just sold on
