    Hi

i had a loan originally with lending stream. I was behind with payments and received a claim form from tm legal services saying i hadnt spoken to asset collections. I didnt even know i had an emails intil i saw my junk folder. I now have a ccj which i dont dispute. Court agreed payment of £50 a month starying 29th Nov. I received an email from tm legal services 2 days ago saying they were looking at specialist enforcement action and we didnt agree an amicable solution. I sent them by email a copy of the court agreement to which they replied ok and how would i pay to which i replied saying the automated payment sercice. I then received an email saying their system had been updated. Tody i got another email saying an agreement still hasnt been reach so they are applying for an attachment of earnings.

what can i do as im really stressed and can only afford what the court agreed. I havent even had chance to pay the first month as payment is due the 29th nov

    any help is appreciated

    thanks

TM Legal are quite well known for sending irrelevant letters as they haven't quite got their systems in order to know their bottom from their elbows. So we should reply to them, and the actual Claimant ( Asset ) and tell them how things are going to work.

Your Judgment is for £50 per month installment and that has been ordered by the court, and you have a Judgment Order stating this is the case. Any chance you can do a quick pic of the judgment just to check pls. ( cover personal details just need to actual order bit )

You do not wish to receive further emails or calls or texts from the company.

You wish to continue making the ordered payments via the 'automated payment service'. Would you rather set up a standing order payment so you can just have the amount go out of your account on 'pay day' each month and not have to think about it all the time?

Is there a bit like this on one of their letters?
        Paying At The Bank
Please find below the Asset Collections & Investigation banking details:

        Bank Name: Barclays Bank
Account Name: Asset Collections & Investigation
        Account Number: xxxxx
        Sort Code: xxxxxxxxxxx
Customer Reference: xxxxxx(THIS MUST BE QUOTED)
Or the TM Legal ones as on this AoE letter -

                  Yip - all good then

so ( apologies for formatting I had a power cut so had to switch to using my phone ) ... something like this to TM and copied to Asset

                  Dear TM Legal
cc Asset Collections & Investigations Ltd
                  REF: Claim E9xxxxxx Asset Collections & Investigations v Boofle1987
As you are aware your client obtained a County Court Judgment against me on xx/xx/2018. I enclose a copy of the Judgment Order for your records.
                  Payment of £50 will be made on or before the 29th of each month, until such time as the Judgment debt of £xxx.xx has been paid in full, pursuant to the order from the Court. This payment will be made by Standing Order to your account detailed;
                  Account Name: xxxxxxxxxx
                  Sort Code: xx-xx-xx
                  Account Number: xxxxxxxxxxx
                  Reference: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I withdraw any permission you previously have held to contact me by SMS Text message, Email or Telephone. Communication will only be accepted by post.
You will be aware that if you wish to change the amount being paid under the Judgment Order ( which was accepted by your client ) you will need to make an application to the court. No further enforcement proceedings may take place unless I am in default of the order and any such applications will be strongly defended.
                  Yours sincerely
                  Boofle1987

I would suggest you make the payment on 24/25th if each month - or if you get paid on 30/31st make this months payment ASAP then pay straight after payday for the next months so you are ahead. They will leap on any missed payments to try secure the judgment or get enforcement otherwise.
