    • This is how they want you to feel, then you give up. Well you will not give up, we will not let you ok. You will just have to be patient, hard I know. You do not have to do the cpr 18 so why make things harder for yourself. Just have a coffee say to yourself well it's not today so it may be tomorrow, but it will be soon. Enaid

            • hi tempty......
Might be worth writing back to Cobbetts saying you will be happy to supply the information in a cpr18 if the COURT requests you do this....
And that you are not willing to be intimidated into anything by the defence....
I think you should let them know you are not going to put up with intimidation in this way.......
              Anybody else think i'm right??

              • LOL LOL LOL

ok I found another way to cheer myself up LOL
had a letter from credit soloutions this morning on behalf of vodafone.
I only owed them £35!! I'd stayed in contact when account was frozen, kept them informed. but they cancled my contract and charged me £100 for the privallige. Anyway Credit solutions rang me last week....... real snoty cow, told her I was sorting out a loan with the bank and why....... nutty cow tried to start an aurgument over why the bank would even consider a loan for me if I was sueing them. I ended the conversation by telling her she'd just put credit solutions to the bottom of a very long list, told her i'd phone back when funds were in my account and then hung up LOL.

HeHe so true to my word, funds are in this morning I dutifully get on the phone to make a payment! spoke to yet another snotty cow LOL, who then informed £30 was not an acceptable payment, but she supposed so could accept it as a token payment this time!!!
to which I replied, well untill I win this court case of mine £30 a month is all I can afford!!
the following conversation got a little heated but basically boiled down to her telling me the company would refuse payment next time unless I supplied a full break down of my income including a full breakdown of all outgoings.
I then anounced i would not be intimidated by her company and that if her company wanted to refuse my offer of payment, they could take me to court and I would not only deffend it but would apply to have it thrown out! LOL
then we she continued to bable over the top of me...... I anounced I would call again 4 weeks from today with another payment.........and hung up LOL

                hehehehehehe felt good LOL
                feel better now LOL

                • Tempty.....sorry to hear you are still in pain.....
I had whiplash before and it takes ages to stop hurting.....
Ice packs worked for me.....or hot water bottles......
Be careful if you are on painkillers.....as you won't realise it hurts when you move.....so you end up making it worse.......
Just rest up and take it easy.......thinking of you and hubby......
                  How is he doing??
                  How's the leg??

                  • hey tempty......send them a CCA request.......and account in dispute letter.....lol
Most phone companies don't keep copies of your agreements.......so they couldn't enforce anything without it.....
What I did with EGG and won.......
If you need help I am free.......lol

                      • Veilside hun, here I am whimpering on about my silly whiplash, with all you've got on your plate you still manage to stay happy and smilie
you even look happy and smilie in your pic (not at all like I had you pictured LOL)

Hubby's ankle is pretty much healed now, gives him jip if he's been up and about for a while, but it's getting there slowly. he's still geting the backache and some slight neck pain from the crash, but has to be said he seem to coping with it better then me!!!, Doc did say that if the swelling has'nt gone down at the base of my skull (which it has'nt) by friday, that i would probably have to go and have a scan to make sure there is'nt more then just muscle strain there..... so just have to wait and see for that one.

                        • Hopefully it will disapear suddenly......it did with me....lol
Woke up and it was gone.....
Make sure your pillow is supporting your neck and try and sleep on your back....
I used to use hot water bottle in my pillow case.....supporting my neck.....
                          helped relax the muscles.....
That or a bottle of Jack Daniels.....lol

                              • Ya know I may just have to look into this one a bit more, surely if the banks charging us £28 - £38 a time in charges can be seen as unfair. then vodafone charging £100.76 to cancel an agreement I did'nt ask them to cancel must be seen in the same light?? seems a bit steep to me!! I don't mind paying what I owe! but bloody hell even the banks don't charge that much for a single item.
