I know the song very well - one of my favourites.

However my dancing skills are worse than a headless chicken - sadly the ability to control my mouth and feet at the same time has passed me by - unless its to put my foot in my mouth and then I have degree in that!!

Perhaps we should do a CD for Lowells that represent how we all feel about them?..... Sugesstions so far...

    I will survive (Gloria Gaynor)
The bitch is back (Elton John)
    Mean (Taylor Swift)

We use the Sherriffs office for recovery of monies, so if they dont cough and its over £600 then we send in the bailiffs, poetic justice that too
        Go for it Watsons :whoo:

A spot of bad publicity for Lowell Portfolio in *Credit Today* magazine could help too :typing:

Only if he tells us what day the bailiffs are going in so that we can get a trip going to go witness it.

I read someone sent bailiffs to enforce a CCJ against Citigroup which they'd obtained by default.   The claimants took Citi to court for PPI and obtained default judgment in their favour because Citi didn't respond. But the bailiffs had trouble getting past security in the shiny Canada Sq building.

I've never been to Leeds but would gladly travel there with my video cam to witness the event! :caked:

I am wondering if there is a case for having Lowells and their aliases put on the Vexatious Litigants List or approaching the Director-General of the OFT to take enforcement action (a Minded to Revoke would be nice, a Determination to Revoke better), not just for the way they have treated Fuzzy, but others who have come onto the LB forums with similar cases. The Leeds Losers just cannot be allowed to go on unchecked and without some form of enforcement action being taken to curb their abuses of the law and the legal process. I certainly agree with pt2537's comment about sending in HCEOs to collect. It is poetic justice and would give the Leeds Losers a taste of what they do to others. Funny how what goes around comes around.

The HCEO can force entry onto business premises with a live HC writ, the County Court bailiff cant, thats why we go to the HCEO.

They are pretty good when they are in action thats for sure. I have no doubt they would gain entry lol

Shame on them. You've shown them you've got dignity and courage in the face of adversity while they've demonstrated that they're a bunch of cowards.
Plan B The attitude of Lowell's telephone threat monkeys drove me to forums like this. My wife was very seriously ill and I was expecting an important life or death call from her consultant. A Lowell's threat monkey phoned me. I told him I was expecting such a call and asked him politely to vacate the line. He refused and became abusive. I hung up and he kept ringing back demanding I make a payment or he would keep the line occupied all day. I was naive in those days and almost gave in to him but fortunately the consultant phoned my mobile. So incensed and angry was I that I searched Lowell on the internet and discovered what a shower of excrement they were.

In hindsight I have to thank Lowell's muppet because from that day I became empowered to deal with DCAs and the empty headed threats monkeys and their sill threats. So thank you LEEDS LOSERS you have saved me a fortune.

They could take all the Threat Monkeys crayons from them and disconnect the threatomatic. The Crystal Maze is bound to be worth at least a quid
