Well despite yesterday's hope, Lowells/BW Legal are playing games and although they know they can't win they are still being stupid. They have mentioned a reypayment plan yet again, although Kate very firmly told them - never gonna happen pal and besides bankruptcy court is the wrong way place to discuss a clearly disputed debt.

Although we are very confident that a consent order will be signed by Lowells agreeing to the set aside we don't trust them. So there is a last attempt from Watsons to get Lowells/BW legal to behave and if that fails both Tom and i are off to court.

On the plus side, if we go to court:
it will cost Lowells big time as barrister fees comes into play - ouch!!
I get to meet the lovely Tom (and yes I will offer to collect him from the station!!!
Tom gets to wipe the floor with Lowells and he will bring up the fact that they are in contempt of court for not paying my costs back in February!!

I personally think Lowells have been very generous to you,,giving you reason to attend court with Tom and watching him deconstruct their case,,and giving you an amusing anecdote to tell your grandchildren in years to come (and yes,,my tongue is firmly in my cheek lol)

        Best of luck luv

Watson's saved the day, yet again and the hearing is no longer required. We have a signed consent order from Lowells which Watson's have submitted to court and the stuatory demand has been finally set aside. Thank you to Kate and all at Watsons for resolving this for me and for being on my side. I cannot express my deep gratitude and relief this is over at last.

They were still arguing about wanting a repayment plan from me and actually used my illness as a reason why i should enter into a repayment plan with them. This is did not go down well with Kate and i think her inner pitbull came out to play and she firmly put them into their place. I'm sure Kate will tell you all about it when she has time. I was so over emotonal today that i haven't really taken everything in.

Lowells are still being twits about paying costs, but I am sure that Watson's will sort them out, otherwise a costs assessment hearing will be requested by Watsons and i will make sure I will do everything i can to support their application to ensure they get the full amount of costs that they very rightly deserve.

There has been a lot of dirty underhanderness by Lowells/BW Legal today and i want to make complaints to any and everybody I can to try and stop this behaviour and hopefully try and prevent them treating anybody else the way i have been treated. Anybody want to suggest who I can complain to and how please?

So did you get to meet the lovely Tom or not :eyebrows: thats my question?

Well what did I say yesterday I would not trust Lowells further than I could see them, I thought they may play dirty and thank goodness our Cel was on the case and Tom was ready to come to your aid.

I am really pleased for you Fuzzy, this must have been a total nightmare hun and pleased it is all over. I just hope that their legal costs for wasting everyones time will be so large that it will put them off of issuing SD's without first checking that they have legit documents and that they do not disobey court orders for them to have produced this as well as they have not paid your out of pocket costs which the judge awared you last time. xxxx

              Yessss ! :tongue2:

I'll get started on the list of people you can complain to right away :typing:

I'm so happy for you Fuzzy  I've had Watsons fight my corner and win a court case for me last year so I know how stressful it can be until the cavalry comes to the rescue. What a rollercoaster it's been for you and for all of us spectators too!

Unbelievable!!! :scared: :scared: :scared: The cheek those Leeds Loosers have! After all the abuse of process! SDs shouldn't be used in this way, they are not debt collection tools!

Watsons should hit them with a bi££ for co$t$ that will make them cringe, that's the only way they'll ever learn!

Thank you all so much for your fab support and this is a team win as none of it wold have been possibel without you all.

I have to admit I have been terrifed and I couldn't sleep last night and I had this inner feeling that because Lowells were still dithering yesterday things may go pear shaped today and I got myself overstressed and in a state. On the plus side my sky planner is now clear and i've watched all those programmes i hadn't got round to watching!!

I had been waiting for Kate to tell me court was going ahead, so it wasn't a surprise when lowells started with the games again this morning. However they are no match for the formidable Kate and Watsons.

I think Lowells are as stupid as they look so I think they maybe idiotic the come after me again, so Watson (not Lowells as previously stated - opps) are going to retain me as their client and all further communication regarding this matter to me from Lowells has to go via Watsons.

I am now (finally!!) beginning to relax and am enjoying a DVD and pizza afternoon with my daughter. Can I bill Lowells for the pizza please?

Mightn't there be some conflict of interest? msl:

Opps edit time!! No way do I want to ever be one of Lowells clients ever again.

I do intend to become the biggest pain in their side as i possibly can be. After today i think Lowells wish they had never heard of me, let alone start a fight with me.

Just had a call from Kate. Lowells want my bank details so they can finally settle the outstanding costs they owe me from the first hearing. Lowells have been told to send me a cheque - there is no way i'd trust Lowells with my bank details

                        Hi all

I've just had confirmation that the Consent order was approved by the Court.

The Statutory Demand be set aside.
Costs to be assessed if not agreed.

So that's it, Lowell can leave Fuzzy well alone now. We will remain instructed to receive service if they decide to try anything else.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
