    John Kruse...

    :hail::hail::hail::hail::hail::hail:

    You couldn't have been advised or helped by a better person, Daisychain. Even judges consider him to be the authority on civil enforcement law. Anglian Water and Marstons will, almost certainly, have cleared every chemist shop and supermarket within a 15-mile radius of their stocks of Loperamide capsules and taken delivery of a bulk order of Andrex Super Soft. They cannot afford to put a toenail out of place. Let's hope John can highlight the abuses of the water industry and expose them to the spotlight of public scrutiny.

            Daisychain,

            Within the past few days, there have been three cases involving Anglian Water, including your own case, where Marstons are involved. One is in Essex and another is in Northamptonshire. Could you advise which county you are in, please?

                Thank you. I did part of my police training in Buckinghamshire, at Medmenham, near Marlow. Were you put in touch with John Kruse through CAB, by any chance?

                    At least you got your money's worth from your TV licence fee. Lol! Seriously, John Kruse is the authority on civil enforcement law. You couldn't have wished for a better person to help you.

                              I sense another bailiff kicking programme coming up, most likely highlighting the new exiting fees and the interpleaders that will rob innocents of their cars.
