I haven't changed any payments with the dmc & in the default letter I added that I would still be paying the monthly instalment as outlined in hfc's charging order on xx date 2007... just to avoid any confusion..

Also, it is usually them that gives me something to 'think about' (in the form of a threat) over the weekend... I have emailed them the letter (& mc) & given them something to 'think about' instead.

Will be chasing the sars shortly too...

Not much to report on this one.........

as far as the dmc is aware, the debt has never been sold onto phoenix....or if it was, theyve never had any dealings with them

I have today received a letter from mortimer clarke solicitors....


they can confirm that theyve requested a copy of the credit agreement & also confirm that a judgement & charging order have been obtained for the debt & that because of that, being unable to comply with my 12 day request does not mean that marlins are in default of the account & that the matter is still enforceable by law. It then says to ring them to arrange repayment of this debt....

Yeah and YOU owe me a few billion pounds, but without the ASSIGNMENT documentation they are burgered.

I would be inclined to ask them for documentary proof of the assignment of this debt from HFC to Marlins. Cut to the chase

Personally I would use snail mail.
I suppose I'm old fashioned in that regard, even though I work in IT

Letters carry so much more gravity.

Oh yeah what does their letter say as it's way to small..
Try attaching as a PDF rather than a picture
