Re: Fendyweather -v- Natwest Round 2
Hello and Boo to y'all, right on account of I have had a bank charge, ok, if Im honest, and lets be............... its my own fault. But it was an accident. As you all know I send off the prelim letters etc. etc. etc. followed the procedure for claim number 2 early last year, but when the whole case thing was put on hold pending this claim with the OFT, etc. I decided to leave things to settle and wait for the outcome before filing at court. STUPID ME........................ well, yesterday I realised my account was going to overdrawn for the first time in over a year, so rapidly went down to bank to pay in money for a bill I knew was coming out that day, Friday 16th Jan and one on Monday 19th Jan. Well, stupid stupid stupid stupid me, what did I do, paid the flippin cash into my daughters Natwest account by accident. How thick can one girl be. My excuse is, and its genuine I had a manic manic day yesterday and just wasnt concentrating, so my mistake yes, but when I checked my account online this morning Ive been charged £35 and £38 quid. I appreciate one is for the dd they were unable to pay yesterday because I paid the money into the wrong stupid account (my fault), but then the £38. Any idea what the second one might be for ??? (Nattie) ?
I rang them to explain my error, admitting it was my fault but could they look at it kindly and refund due to my error, PLAIN ANSWER, NO............................. no help, no nothing, nada. So thats it, blood a boiling again now, so where does it leave me with regard to filing at court now and not waiting for the outcome of the test case. Ive calculated the spreadsheet again, with the new charges on it, (last time I sent them prelim and LBA), it just had charges from 2000 to March 2008. Now I have some more from 2009 courtesy of my muck up yesterday, I am adding those to the sheet and filing at court Monday Ive decided. I just wanted to check with those more in the know than I, even though Ive waited this long from last March since LBA and prelim etc. is it still ok for me to file now and not wait ? MY BLOOD IS BOILING. Oh and BTW I changed my account from Advantage gold last November to Regular Current Plus and saved myself £12 a month as I just wasnt using any of the so called advantages of the ADVANTAGE GOLD.
Ta muchly moo mi peepies.
