Re: Fendyweather -v- Natwest Round 2

Hey y'all, well done peed orf. Wish mine was that easy. I had letter from Joyce Tudor stating my full SAR request was being processed and they would send the info as soon as possible. To date, 14th August, diddly nothing. Not a jot. Nada............. so e mailed her again this morning, followed it up with a letter sent recorded stating, you told me my info going back to 1996 would be sent imminently, and to date, nothing. Whats going on.

How long was it peed orf from you sendin e mail like I did to Joyce about pre 6 year info and full SAR, etc. to you receiving the info. Apparently my account was opened in 1996 and she said they would send info but to date nothing at all. And its been 5 weeks since her letter to me said they would send it.

Getting right fed up again now, but after the belter of a holiday Ive just had, Im ready for anything. Including a long wait if it comes to it. Any ideas Nattie on next step to make them comply again. Because they sure aint............... Fendy xxxx

Re: Fendyweather -v- Natwest Round 2

Well well well, what a nice juicy development. TNT arrived today carrying an absolutely huge parcel. In that parcel, was a bundle of files all about me from Natwest. Lol Lol Lol. Gawd it makes interesting reading.................... and then in a seperate giant pack, guess what. Every single bank statement I ever have had with Natwest from account inception to last weeks date. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, about 3000 statements........... OMG. Where do I start.

Im so happy........................... see they do have the info. Mine goes right back to when account started with them at beginning of 1996. So I can now start on 1996 through to 2001 claim, and Ive ensured Ive hung onto one charge from this year of £38, to claim back, to include in the whole pre six year claim to get around the pre six year thingy and arguing laches etc. etc. and statute of limitations etc. etc. etc. . i.e. all charges being pre six year. I am a happy bunny.

NATTIE, WHERE ARE YOU WHEN I NEED TO TELL YOU I LOVE YOU. YOU MAGICAL LITTLE MAN. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU MY FAVE NUTWESTER. I know I only got these because of you and your info and advice. You uber darling pants man. Thanks a zillion my friend. I soooooooooooooo lurrrrrrv you. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Re: Fendyweather -v- Natwest Round 2

Well Nattie, have spent the last two full days going through every single statement that wasnt included in the first claim. Some from 1996 up to 2001, then from June 2006 to last week. That was the period of time that I missed out on the first claim because I didnt have the statements to hand.

I have to say, I have been very very very thorough, and Im somewhat a little disappointed. For all that work, lol lol,,,,,,,, I have only found £760.50 worth of charges (poo), lol. I was rather expecting it to be much much much much more. But it seems I was squeaky clean back then, I only went dire on the money front in 2001. Lol Lol Lol.xxxxx

Anyhow, its still my money and I still want it back, so prelim going off today, but cos Im nice Im putting contractual interest on there. Dont expect I will get it, but Im certainly gonna push for it right from the start. No harm at all in trying I reckon. So with their contractual interest on at 29.50% since date of each charge, etc. etc. (yes I know the way it works by now), then total is £1650.00 (a little bit better than the £760.50), Although I know I know, if they offer me the charges alone I have to accept. Fine.......................... I will. But Im starting out with contractual, just in case they dont pay me, then I can file N1 for CCI too. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. Well at least it should help pay for a notaire in france when I find a nice holiday home I wanna buy, Lol, so every bit helps............................and lets face it, its my money, they took it off me in the first place.

I have this sneaking feeling that this smaller amount, second claim, is going to be much much harder than the first. Dont ask me why, just a gut instinct. Lol xxxx

I have plenty of them. xxxxxxxx

Much love, will keep ya all posted as usual. My life on a plate.............. and usually on Beagles too. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay xxxxx At least when this claims over it will bring to an end all the claiming from Natwest. It will just leave Abbey 2, Yorky Bank, Halifax Visa, 2 claims to GMAC (online finance) for cars we had in the past, and whatever else I can think of to claim back from. Natwest will be free of me after claim number 2, even though I still bank with them, lol.xxxx but its nice to be in credit (and by a long way), lol lol for the first time in my life. So they might not close my account. NVM, if they do, its their loss, cos I will just take all my lovely winnings elsewhere if they get snotty. As per usual, if anybody has any help to give or knowledge on CCI claims, then please fire away. Im all ears............ Fendyxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx phew, might be able to enjoy my weekend now Ive finished trawling through the statement mountain. x

Well, on account of Ive let things slide a bit on this, what you didnt know about the house in france thingy all ongoing, double bugger pants, how old is that info now, lol lol , anyways finally kicked my own ass into gear and sent my LBA with CCI included. Have given Nutty West till 28th September on this claim number before filing N1 at court. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha................. had snotty boll*cks off letter from them saying if I want to pursue it blah blah blah, it will get a stay applied if I take them court, blah blah blah, and it would be better for me to await the outcome of the OFT case, blah blah blah, a whole A4 page of boring Boll*cks and INFO STATING STUFF ABOUT MASTER OF THE BL**EDING OBVIOUS, crikey and I even had the courtesy to tell em about my claim number 1 for 16K that they kindly paid me out in July, and still I get a standard boll*cks off letter, Lol Lol Lol. Crikey, I thought my previous win, kinda made me a bit speshy, lol lol, apparently not guys.............. Lol Lol. NVM, undeterred, onto the next stage. Just wait now to see if anything comes back from Mr. Wiggly before I file at court on 28th September. Im soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo incredibly busy at the mo. Havent stopped since I got back from jollies.

House purchase in France, all going through. Heres a piccy of our dream place abroad, all bumff to buy it is now with the Notaire in Pons. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, might all be ours by End november, Fingers crossed.

Needs work doing, but nothing major, just total redecoration and new roof on the barn, and quote for that was really good so not gonna worry about it. Do ya like the piccies peeps.

Well still havent filed at court. But nothing lost, because with each day I delay, the interest figure is only going up and up and up so as long as I file before Christmas, I havent lost anything. Its just been so manic what with everything else going on, house purchase in france, and trying to set up french life, i.e. bank account, mortgage, references from banks, ha ha ha ha ha ha, etc. etc. have kind of sidelined this a bit. Im not giving up though, its purely on hold for now, pending me sorting some time out for myself to actually get this up and running again.

I fully intend to file at court within the next two to three weeks, so will try and keep the thread on track and updated for everybody. I will be back on here again, a lot more again, once this france thing is sorted out, but my head is spinning at the mo with everything that needs organising for it, hence why Ive let it slide a bit. But between Abbey 2, Natwest 2, Yorkshire Bank, and Halifax Credit Card, all with CCI, so far were looking at just over £11K if I win em all. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. I promise I will try and keep them all up to date peeps. Apologies for now, and I will try, its just so hard getting the time these days.................... I never imagined what a whirlwind this year was going to be. Buy boy has it been a good year so far............ I do miss ya all muchly moo, so will be back on again big time, but probs in a month or so, once I know the France thing is coming to an end and I dont have to rally round to find info for the frenchy notaires and banks etc. Mad Mad Mad.

HAPPY SUNDAY TO ONE AND ALL, AND NATTIE.................... STILL LOVE YA, LOL LOL LOL XXXXX MISS YA MUCHLY. XXXXX

Hiya Nattie, long time no log on, lol lol lol lol xxx I havent disappeared, its just my life has been a whirlwind since last July. Hopefully the roller coaster is starting to slow down a little again this year................... at least to give me time to dec out the new place in France. Still not through and completed on it yet, but were getting there........................ the french property purchase legal system is SOOOOOOO SLOW........... its untrue.

So need to get filed at court on all three claims, Abbey,, Natwest and Yorkshire Bank, so off tomorrow morning as promised, just finished printing off all N1 forms and have completed those and all spreadies, and all POC's to attach to N1 for filing tomorrow. Its gonna cost me a small fortune to pitch all three at once. I reckon about £500 squid. Blummin eck,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, will be brassic for the rest of the month.......................... is the advice still to get filed, or to wait for OFT outcome. ????? any ideas anybody ??????

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.
