  • Oh dear Amethyst that was a really nice response.

    I make this really clear, has from the very start of this thread, I have never held a Marks & Spencer credit card.

    They and various Debt Collection Agencies have been chasing myself for over 10 years regarding this alleged debt.

    If they had all this evidence, which clearly they do now why have they not gone to the courts sooner.

    I tell you why its because I keep pushing back and I keep informing them that I am not the debtor in question.

    I have offered them many times to take me to court and I will defend the claim but still they write the same old letters every 6 months and all they do is go round in circles.

    I am only posting what they sent me and asking yourself for advice on where do I stand, you are now making out I have not been truthful from the very start and I did have a Marks & Spencer and I need to deal with it by paying it.

    Well Amethyst I will deal with it and best of luck to myself in defending this alleged debt.
