Because the CCCS state that the N245 will take it back to court, so that the judge can set the amount per month to pay to Greenasses, once the judge sets it, Greenasses can't do anything and will have to accept the amount set by the judge, so the CCCS say that will put a stop to Greenasses asking for more and upping the amount as and when they feel like it

The other side is you dig your heels in and ignore any demands for increased payment, then Greenasses would have to do the court action for you.
Just a thought.

Admittedly taking this back in front of a judge may give the opportunity to have the whole post judgement interest issue set to rest.

Also are there any charges on this account, as that's more in your favour.
The more points that can be gleaned the better, makes for a stronger case.

I am pretty sure there are charges, as lots of payments were missed up until CCCS took over, I will find out

Has she heard from Greenthingys since the intial letter asking for an increase ?

I know my HFC one i got a random up your payments letter after it was CCJ and charging ordered, i ignored it and never heard another sausage.

Only the one I posted before Ame saying that they would send a copy of the CCA when they received it from creations but it was in an off-site storage so it could take some time post no. 82
I was wondering if they got the same thing sent to them as she did saying they couldn't locate the orignal (creations that is, couldn't locate it!) but nothing since.
