It looks like this is a reconstituted agreement, there should be two sets of T's & C's one from the start of the account and one from the closure.

there is 2 actual agreements sent (image7) they are just the same.

I was thinking because its officially stat barred 4th april i couldnt be forced to pay

Just looks like one to me how will i know ?
there is only first page with my name on i have had to scribble out and it just looks like one
continious document as the numbers for each paragraph go from no1 to no24.

on covering letter it says enclosed:
1 a copy of the agreement
2 a copy of the terms and condition
