Those letters they sent us are not proof.. I could knock up one of those and send it to you asking you for money.. its just as legal as theirs is

10pack, would you mind letting me know who the solictor was who was going to take on your case.. I have 20 people ready for court action and a lazy solicitor that has been sitting on our papers for ages and not corresponding with us at all. I'd like to contact your solicitor to see if they'd take over our case.

Our group is based all over the country so doesnt really matter where the solicitor is based.. have debt, want refunds, will travel lol..

They are the ******s that dropped our case, claimed the couldnt get the ATE insurance.

you are having as much luck as we had, our first lawyer was willing to go all the way she was part of a large company in London but after she realised just how many different scenarios there was she said it was not possible to do it in one action.

That lawyer at Bellax was our second try, he had many of us asking him.. he cherry picked the easiest cases ie dead certs and we was left with 6 out of about 40 who asked him to represent them .

The one student I have been keeping in touch with I contacted him at beginning of the week he also has a letter from Marlin.

at the time when we got dumped by Bellax he searched and found some other law firm who advised that if barclays was so sure you had to pay they would have taken you all to court long ago.

I was just checking the date of our communication with Bellax its dated August 2011 when were you in contact with this company?

We got the proper Dear John from them January 2012.

They had worked on it for 11 months and that was a lot of correspondence in 11 months.. You can imagine with 5 finance companies involved. Break that down into an hourly rate, that would have cost them 1000's.

was around that time when the other lawyer firm told us to start taking BPF to court on our own, and your date that was before we got involved with that Bellax.. that is really strange that company does exist I have been there, its next to the Odeon cinema in Sutton
