Oh right. Unsure what to do now, as have got maybe 900 to 1000 to make a final settlement but don't want to show my hand if they discontinue. They could always pursue it at a later date again though couldn't they. Apparently the last payment I made was in 2018 so even though the default was in 2013 but it goes on whatever was last?

you could always if at the last minute go for Tomlin order, but only as a last resort as they do discontinue at the last minute, use it if they do not ?

Ok might just offer what I've got and then go from there as they will only be waiting much longer for the full amount. Hoping they might think it's satisfactory.

Managed to upload the letter I got from Lowell's, I've got the other info too, they've sent the default notice which wasn't originally in the sad request pile they sent, which I have since thrown away after not hearing from them for nearly 7 months

last attempt before discontinuing maybe BUT if they go to court just before then you could ask for a Tomlin order if agreed it will not go to court as long as kept to, but if me (only Me) see their next move before doing that??? never throw away until 5 years? never mind

Have you got a court date yet?

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

                    • Hi Celestine no, no court date, I had to respond to the settlement offer by today but no court date.

                      • OK, well try not to stress too much, these settlement offer closing dates are rarely adhered to. However, the arrival of the default notice finally does not help the bigger picture......

                        • see what they send next? but keep eye on mail etc seen this before and most cases reported they discontinue but not guaranteed, even if they do not you have a chance last minute to agree Tomlin order, Default notices have to be accurate as I found out i had one but no heading date only on a letter referring to enclosures.

                          • Thanks Celestine, I know I'm really cross now that I threw away Tesco's response to my SAR request because there was no default letter in there and it made me think that they've just written one up lol.
thanks MIKE770 I will do. I'll keep my eye out
