After all, why would they not send it in the hard copy to me two months ago but now it has magically appeared in Lowells possession?

Its really difficult to say with out having the paperwork you recieved in front of me. I appreciate why you would need to redact things but sometimes redacted documents make it impossible to say one way or the other.

Ok, not sure how to move forward then, shall I post unedited versions of the stuff Lowell's have managed to get hold of and emailed me? Or is it the whole file tesco sent me because that lot is about an inch thick over the past 10 years.

Hi, I've got 4 days to make an offer shall I just give in? Is that the inevitable anyway? Fed up of worrying about getting a ccj, a bit annoyed I didnt get the same information from tesco that Lowell's have provided (the default notice) feeling really helpless

I’d say the fact that Tesco have not provided it and Lowell somehow have is very dodgy. Why have Tesco provided shed loads of paperwork and not that one?

As PT has said the validity of what Lowell have provided can only be determined if seen, redacted is better than nothing.

Sending unredacted documents to say Amythyst or Pt
to assess would be fine, but don’t post them on the forum.

Thanks jaguarsuk I've sent pt my documents just to see what he thinks. It's worth a go.
Lord only knows what is happening with the difference in paperwork from either end but it doesn't smell right to me!
Anyway, thanks for your suggestion, I appreciapprthe advice

Hi sloane82 nothing as of yet, I've still got three days to respond to Lowell's settlement email as they are positive it could win in court.

No I didn't have ppi or charges on the loan. Probably because the actual last payment that was made was on in August 2018 so fairly recent?

Hi everyone, should I ask Lowell's for more time in order to respond to this do you think?

PPI etc would not be taken into account but a separate issue

                              Hi guys,
Pt has probably been busy and not got back to me yet about what I've sent.
Should I email lowells and tell them I am going to respond but need more time? I'm nervous they will file for ccj and it will get a judgement if I don't say anything at all?

I can't see any Key terms here?? pt2537

Interest rate. Duration. Cancellation. This agreement appears to have a very important page missing. These are T&C's certainly but they are not the Key Terms?
Look at the Numbers! It starts at Number 4 - Terms 1-3 are absent.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
