Re: BT again!
Well everyone, if proof persistence is needed I am your person!
Talk about dogged persistence.
Did some more research.
1) Sky and plus net both want upfront payments for "new" line £15 and £30.
2) Talk talk want an upfront payment of £35
3) PO , you have to be persistent good job its a free call, on hold, again, did eventually speak to someone yesterday but got cut off, today again someone with poor understanding.
4) So back to BT still very cross and made it clear I was so now got a deal, back with them and I can choose my DD date but despite the "charge" they are so fond of think I may stick with paying off on the bill payments on my banking so all in all a most frustrating experience, can we flag up these hidden changes to account charges on here, they are being very sneaky and I think that most people will not realise it, especially if you are still in a contract. Customers are supposed to be getting a letter or e-mail soon giving them a chance to cancel, without penalty, within 30 days of receipt of same but if anything like last time I did not.:okay:
