I thought we was in luck today until l opened letter and got this message,
Dear sir
I regret to advise you that our enquires into the circumstances surrounding your complaint are not yet complete.
As we are fully commited to treating all our customers fairly, our aim is to investigate complaints in order in which they are recieved and at present we are dealing with complaints recieved prior to yours. I would like to assure you that a full investigation with be completed to you.
Please accept my apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

I must admit l have a feeling that this case will run past the 12 weeks forecast and l may have to take this further. It has taken them 9 weeks just to send this letter :tinysmile_hmm_t2:
