Yes please do scan it up and attach if you can, this can be checked out for you.
If you can though delete your account number and personal details, name/address too.
The agreement should show the amount borrowed and if ppi taken there would be a cross or a tick.

Re: lloyds scums
If you were made redundant, give them a ring and ask them if your paying insurance, it may be worth you making a claim if your paying for this ie: for being made redundant, they should meet up with your usual monthly payments, but............what they normally do is pay it into your account every month, but they will still continue to take the loan repayments, and it does not always work out the same day either.
But again if mis sold you could think about making a full reclaim on the ppi, then cancel the ppi, so your monthly repayments would therefore be reduced every month if you succeed.
However, if there are missed payments, they may not pay out anyway, so if this is the case and was mis sold for any reason you think you may have, then go for the reclaiming, check this link out here.

I am not sure about the overdraft issues here, but hopefully someone will be along soon to advise on that one for you.

Re: lloyds scums
If you still have the loan agreement, this would show if PPI was added or not.
With my experience of Lloyds they added it automatically and was not given any discussions on the PPI, they were also sold direct in the branch.
For this reason I made a reclaim on the PPI, and have been successful so far in the reclaims made plus interest.
I do however, have 2 more ongoing with them but are currently still sitting with the complaints dept being dealt with....or they should be anyway.
I could never make a claim on them anyway, and was only receiving my children's benefits at the time as well, and my hubby has pre medical conditions at the time of taking the loans out, where-as the ppi would not pay out for these actual reasons.
If you no longer have the loan agreement, you could write a simple letter, enclose £1 cheque or postal order, enclose your loan account number as well, and ask they provide a copy of your loan agreement by 12 days of your letter.

Re: lloyds scums
so what letter do I have to send to Lloyds now. a reminder of the original complaint including that they have not been dealt with the case correctly or claim PPI?
and is it right from Lloyds Tsb to advice me that the only way out from the overdraft charges is to take a long term debt commitment?

Re: lloyds scums
That is correct Casper, so for instance being make redundant they should pay out, so check your policy to see if there is any PPI, if so make a claim, if they don't pay out for some reason then make a reclaim on all the ppi you have paid into the account.

Hi Erica,
Leclerc is giving excellent advice here. Your circumstances have changed dramatically since you first posted and that needs to be taken into account now. The reason Di asks about ppi is if you have been made redundant it could help pay towards the debt, or if mis-sold, you could reclaim it to offset against the debt.
You're in good hands!

Hiya again
To save scrolling through all the posts again, did you have insurance (payment protection insurance) with the loan?

Re: lloyds scums
as I dont have a mortgage dont have priority debts and I live with my boyfriend and his parents so we agreed I will pay soon as I get job as I helped them out last year quiet a lot.
I just want to deal with the rest of the debts as they are getting bigger and bigger mainly lloyds.
I know is not much but I want to deal with all my debts before they get out of order (excluding Lloyds and student loan all together £ 2500)

Re: lloyds scums
HFC are not priority debts nor are littlewoods.Originally posted by eryca313 View Postno attempt have been made by littlewoods they said they cannot help, HFC asked me to fill out a I&E sheet which i have to send back asap but yes they are charging me interest even so I have send the letter to them that at the moment I cannot keep up with the payements but agreed to pay 5£/month and asked them not to charge me interest as it will be impossible to pay things off.
Priority debt are defined in this link.
Which debts to pay off first : Directgov - Money, tax and benefits
See above. The letters if they are from HFC and Littlewoods offer nothing for financial hardship. Priority debts are ones that non payment can lead to loss of home and/or liberty.
