thanks I will update the sheet. I think you right I pay about £85.25 for 6months. also £67 is my monthly car insurance and the £98 credit payments are littlewoods £60, barqlays credit card £15, and HFC bank (my laptop) £23....and yes payment to lloyds is £40.

    Brilliant! Thanks for doing that.

I've had a quick look and a couple of things HAVE to be changed as it's now making things look worse than they really are. 58 Car Tax needs changing to 12 (it will only work it out monthly not yearly so assumes you're paying £60 a month at the moment). Are you sure that's all your car tax is. I taxed mine on Saturday and it was £115 for 6 months!

Also 61 Car Servicing / MOT needs changing to 8.33 so it is a monthly figure again. At the moment it's reckoning you pay £100 per month for this.

Finally do you mind my asking what the loans mentioned in 66 and 67 are for? Why do I want to know? Because they may be non priority debts so perhaps should be taken out of there and put under creditors as amounts owed in Step 4. I assume the loan is from Lloyds which this thread is all about. You say you've gone over the limit with that, so if you owe the bank money that isn't shown here, it needs to be put down.

VERY RELEVANT! Your creditors need to be able to see exactly what position you are in (and so do we if we're going to help you properly). Don't be embarrassed by it, everyone's in different boats, this site is totally non-judgmental, we just want to help, but to do that we need that facts.

PLEASE redo the I/E sheet and repost it then we can try to help!

that is my current IE sheet and as I said I do not receive any loans or benefits or any other financial help. I accepted the redundancy as the whole situation made me extremely stressed and depressed and if I d turn down the new job council would make me redundant anyway as I am o the end of the third month. I have small pay off, but no job at the moment.

It's not a crime to be overspending your budget. As proof here's mine for you - bet yours isn't this bad!

Definately include everything you pay on your IE sheet otherwise you, nor the creditors, will have a proper understanding on your financial situation.

So regardless of it ending up in minus figures get it all on and back up.

Also I think the letter to Lloyds needs to be personal and about Amazon and how the charges on that dodgy transaction are damaging you financially far more than is fair and detail the full effect and snowball that is happening. Then take that to the FOS.

Amazon you are sorting out, but I'd make that personall'er as well and point out how much trouble it has caused.

    Eryca,

Do a new I/E sheet. If your outgoings are more than your income, so be it! Mine shows outgoings £139 more than my income!

Post the new one up and get the letter off to the bank asking them to freeze charges. There's no guarantee they will, but at least you've asked them.

You mention they said that you would not incur any further charges - have you any proof of this? What's written in the loan agreement?

I think I already stated that the bank charges would need to be refunded by Amazon.

Try and get your I/E sheet finalised. I know you're on a budget and if you are genuinely living within that, all well and good. BUT if your tweaking the figures to make yourself look solvent when tou aren't you're doing yourself no favours. We need the real picture.

That does cause a problem because as Amazon have refunded the card payment then the bank's position will be that they should have refunded the associated losses or bank charges. The question now is about whether you managed to get the account free of charges prior to them changing your account? If the account was close or that the packaged account fees COULD have kept the account in credit even when the amazon charges are taken into consideration then we might have an angle on that part of it.
