    GOOD !

Be cynical, be suspicious, ask questions, and research your butt off.

Yes you should get everything back that didn't go to your creditors - sadly should and will may be very different kettles of fish xx

Administrators really need to get their arses into gear on this one.

I think we should get back everything in our pots, the 10% fees they were taking monthly, as they have clearly broke there contract - plus the last 2 monthly payments which have not been dealt with - I maybe hoping for a bit much - lets see how this pans out with the administrators -but my patience is running very thin.

It will be inetersting to see what the Mr and Mrs Gilbourne (Bourne's Directors) are doing at this moment, we certainly be following there careers from here......I'm sure they will not be financially struggling!!!:incourt::incourt:

You think we should get something back and anything we have in our so call pot. I think its disgusting that they not really helped us but made us worse off really. And I had to pay an extra £40 to send some letters to a couple of creditors but I want to know if they weren't paying all my creditors there should of been that in my pot..

I think it is digusting that customers were not told about this. I certainly would not of handed over £4000 to them in may/july if I had known about this. Does this give us less hope of getting our money back or more of a fight not just with Bourne's but the FCA and OFT (which I am assuming stands for Office of Fair Trading) if we can't get our money back.

Just occurred to me to check the old OFT register, and I see that all the way back in March the OFT issued a minded to revoke on Bournes' license.

    Minded To Revoke 05/03/2014

So this company was in the doodoo then.

I do wonder if customers of firms like this should be entitled to be notified that the regulators are doing things like that.
