Have seen confirmation from http://www.labusinessrecovery.com/ that they are indeed acting as administrators for Bournes.

They are apparently "establishing the position as regards client monies" and request that "we would ask that you send all future emails with a 'read receipt' request so that when we read emails you then receive confirmation that your email has been received and is being dealt with."

That is all.

Not very informative, but at least it is confirmed.

If you can get your creditors to agree to the same payments, you could set up standing orders - and not be charged for someone else doing it :tinysmile_grin_t:

I haven't had time to ring all my creditors yet but will on my day off on Friday but am going to pay them what bournes paid them at least its something. And I think I will try doing it myself.

Yes contacted my creditors they were actually very understanding and have put my accounts on hold for a month and one creditor put it on hold for 3 months. so for now I am going to see how it pans out before setting anything else up - which I am going to do myself and not through anyone else.

Have you all contacted your creditors?? Do they know Bournes have gone into administration?? I'd suggest trying to set up a new payment plan while you're waiting for more info about Bournes

Yes contacted my creditors they were actually very understanding and have put my accounts on hold for a month and one creditor put it on hold for 3 months. so for now I am going to see how it pans out before setting anything else up - which I am going to do myself and not through anyone else.
