Re: Bournes Debt Solutions (Bournes Limited) - FCA requirements & administration
Hi I have cancelled my standing order but still have not yet received any letters from them.Originally posted by Amethyst View PostI'm getting emails off of people who are only just learning about the company going under and didn't receive any letters from Bournes or the administrators yet, and have still been paying standing orders out to the buggers. They NEED to get a notification up on the website.

Re: Bournes Debt Solutions (Bournes Limited) - FCA requirements & administration
Usually they put a notice on the company in administration's website but they just seem to have broken it in this case
and still only the initial notification on the administrators siteInternal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@bournesdebtsolutions.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
but companies house has now been updated

Hi Jamie .... Welcome to LB!Originally posted by jamiecampbell View Posti thought my plan was over as i was in final stages and they had nearly £5000 of my money which was enough to pay everyone but they didnt pay them saying that they are still fighting to get a better deal do you think ive lost everything also what can i do now ?
First things first, make sure you have cancelled any standing orders etc...
You need to get hold of all your creditors and inform them that Bournes are in administration. They should put everything on hold while this is ongoing (hopefully).
you can contact the administrators (LA Business Recovery) via their email address: bournes@labusinessrecovery.com
Nibbler (in post #122 - on pg 5 of this thread) has added attachments that you might want to read too. The login and password for Bournes clients are in the "initial notification" pdf. You can go onto LA Business Recovery's website (http://www.labusinessrecovery.com), click on 'creditor login' and use the email address bournes@labusinessrecovery.com and password Bournes2014 (case sensitive) in order to check for updates :tinysmile_grin_t:

We emailed the administrators as mentioned in an earlier thread, so now have a contact there, albeit a standard one at the mo! Then I have spent 6 hours today ringing all our creditors, quite a few , and I have to say each and every one has been extremely helpful, offering advice, reassurance etc. Once I had figures of each I then worked our percentage wise how much to pay each one, called them back and after going through a few income and expenditure questions have set up new payment plans with each, which I have to say was double they were being paid by bournes as no fees need paying! Feels great being back in control! I guess what I'm trying to say is don't be frightened of the situation and wait for the letters to come flooding, just ring them, the creditors were fantastic with me today! Next step reading the latest posts is to contact the ombudsman to see if we can get any money back! Good luck all!
