It was previously mentioned about contacting ombudsman and filing a claim. Is that necessary? Won't the Administrators deal with everything ?

It will be anything you have paid to them intended for your creditors that did t go to your creditors, so if there was a f&f pot for those companies still adding interest (really don't get how they thought that plan up grrrr) and anything they took after they stopped sending out to creditors, the last two months fees might be arguable too.

Hi in the letter Mr levy mentions about working out the sum of monies you believe you are owed in this matter? Would this be the 2 months money they have taken by standing order or is it monies that we think is left over in pot from the creditors they didnt pay coz they were still adding interest.

In the notice Mr Levy asks us to be patient while he sorts through accounts and not to take matters in our own hands. I was going to contact the ombudsman as had been mentioned previously. Is it better not to?

I just got the number from their website 0800 023 4 567, I explained them the situation and asked for information and advice. Then they told me that I can make a claim. The lady asked me for some more information and started the claim. She also gave me a reference number and said that I am going to receive a letter with an explanation and a form. So, will keep you updated.
