    Guys/Gals

Fermi directed me to this thread to give you some advice.

unfortunately your not the first or last that will suffer this.

If you search for DCM money solutions there is loads of information out there.

1 am one of 1040 people affected with the amount if money that has gone missing on the region of at least 8million

it is not in the news because of various investigation currently been carried out

you might not like to hear this but DCM went bust in 2010 and only now after a lot of pressure are we where we are.

my advice is never give up

involve your MP's involve the police involve the media use every weapon at your disposal and chase.

    mike

Why why has this been able to happen again and again.......I am slowly thinking that I have lost my money in my pot after trying to be optimistic........
I did get an email back from Mr Levy saying that there will be news very shortly!!!!!
Finger crossed as well that it is positive news.

Some interesting responses from the authorities, MPs, police etc regards the DCM Money Solutions case that happened a few years back here:

Well ,fot what its worth I'm going to be taking this the the FCA. Depending on whats said I'm inclined to report this as fraud. As you say the money is either there or it isn't. If it isn't then it's been used for other purposes , you could call that theft or fraud either way....

A few months! that's ******** its either there are it ain't AND ask them what your expected to do in the meantime tell you creditors it'll take a few months.

I strongly suggest victims take some sort of action now

    Hi all
New to the forum , but a casualty none the less.
Am I being naïve ,surely if the monies paid by ourselves are no longer there , then it becomes a fraud issue ?

At no point did we give authorisation for the supposed money in the respective pots to be used for anything other than final settlements ?

Afraid it is the way it tends to go in theses cases. Members of the public owed money are usually the last to know anything and are just left hanging.
