So is it possible for an Absolute Assignment to be returned to the OC? This is what Arrow/Wescott.claimed.

They got frightened when I reported them in cahoots with Egg for knowingly writing to an old address in the UK when in fact I live in Taiwan. I told the fraud office! That's when Arrow got frightened!

To clarify, can an Absolute Assignment be returned to the OC?
    Thanks!

OK, a wick answer.please! If Egg.execute an absolute assignment to Arrow, can Arrow return it to Egg? There was a prior dispute with the IC (Egg), so Arrow purchased an account they cannot collect. BUT, the million dollar question is, can Arrow return it to Egg? I thought absolute means a none-reversible situation.
      Thanks!

Why can't the absolutely assign it back ?

Have you scrutinized the CCA sent to you to make sure it is correct ?

Well, that is what I am asking csn the absolute assignment be returned, I truly don't know, which is the basis of my question. They were unable to.supply the CCA, which is why there is a prior dispute with the OC.
          Thanks!

Whether it is returned wasn't what i said. Why can't a debt be absolutely assigned more than once ? No reason. In which case there is nothing that sensibly inhibits the absolute assignment from A - B and then B - A.
In reality the only thing i see that could stop a legal sale would be the terms between A & B but that isn't going to happen as A would get a much lower price if they stipulated that B cannot absolutely assign (sell) to anyone else.
