Well leave that with CB then, he's the best one on CCA matters. As to whether or not you will have to attend a hearing, cross that bridge if and when you come to it. Although with CB's track record on these things you will hopefully find that it won't get that far.

I hope not, it makes me quiver in my boots the thought of going to court, it will be a sure way of helping me to lose my post baby fat!!

I received the court hearing papers on Tuesday, it has a separate paper stating that my case is suitable for mediation and they encourage you to use the Small Claims Mediation Service. Would anyone of you out there recommend that I use this service? If so I need to let them no within the next 5 days. Thanks.

I must sound like a real worrier but do you know of any cases where Howard Cohen has attended court, I'm just very nervous about the whole thing.

I haven't yet received anything from Howard Cohens, the hearing is 17th Feb, should I prepare and send a witness statement to the court similar to the one that Orfoster sent?

Call the court and ask them if they have received anything and also their advice.

I contacted the courts, they have received the court fee from HC which sounds like they are going to go ahead with the hearing but the courts have not received anything else from them. The lady on the phone wasn't very helpful & certainly not very friendly, she said they are not allowed to give advice because they are not legally trained!

What should I do, if I'm going to send a witness statement, I really need to send it today because it has to be with the courts 14 days prior to the hearing?

In theory bundles should be exchanged 14 days before the hearing (sorry can't remember if you had a court order on this)
Monday should be fine as Howard will be late anyway.
