I knew you would know what to do Kate, and I guessed Frederickson's are just another company name, probably as you say just another desk in same office as the Lowell's..

I noticed some others posters yesterday on LB about Lowell's and Fredrickson's, sounds like you are going to be very busy Kate, just hope Fredrickson's have the money to carry on being stupid when they find themselves up against you hun. It seems that Fredrickson's are busying themselves going into 2014.

I will contact Fredrickson and suggest we'll consider an injunction if they don't stop harassing a vulnerable lady.

*health warning* do not read whilst eating - nausea WILL follow uke:
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

One could hardly accuse the buggers of undue haste when they informed Companies House or the Office for Faffing and Twaddling - it took them two weeks to tell Companies House and five months to tell the OFT.

I didn't know Fredickson were part of Lowells - the cheeky wotsits!! The letter that Lowells sent me said that the "debt" has been sent to Fredrickson International who are one of their approved debt collection agencies and all correspondence and cont6act should not be conducted via Fredrickson.

Why in the hell have they started on me again, given what happened last time? I've had a text message and a missed call this morning from them - I blocked their number on my mobile so they are now trying to contact me as an unknown number, which is awkward as I have Dr's and hospitals contacting me and they come up as unknown numbers. I've also have an automated call left on my landline too.

They are being very aggressive considering the fact they know this debt in not enforceable

Fuzzy Just sit back and enjoy the fun. Compare the letters you will surely receive from Freds and you will discover that they will be identical to the ones you previously received from their puppet masters. Between you, Celestine and PT you gave them a bloody nose the last time so look forward to them getting a real kicking this time especially when their previous arseholedness is brought to the notice of the man or woman with the wig. RELAX fuzzy

The only letter I've received so far is from Lovells advising me that Fredrickson took over from 20 December. The communication from Fredrickson so far have been constant texts and phone calls.

I'll wait to see what Kate suggests, Kate kindly called me yesterday but I wasn't well so my phone was on silent and I didn't answer it

Get a swanee whistle - link - and "talk" to them through that, so they think they've called the Clangers.

I've spoken with Kate and I am sending both Lowells and Fredrickson a harassment letter via recorded post tomorrow. If they persist with the harassment then Kate will assist me with court action.

Lowells know this debt in not enforceable so this is nothing but harassment and I will go for them if they continue to be such a?!*&holes
