If ANPR is used responsibly and the databases on which it relies are kept up to date, as required by the Data Protection Act 1998, it is a very effective weapon in dealing with organised crime. Of that there is no doubt.

Turning to your comment about DVLA selling motorists details to make a fast buck, it is my understanding that DVLA are reviewing this and it may well come to pass that it will be a lot harder to obtain motorists' details, other than in exceptional circumstances, possibly, by way of court order or, in the case of road traffic collisions, through a police force's Road Traffic Collisions Unit.

Just imagine the hassle this would cause the likes of Parking Eye, JBW, Equita and the other private sector parasites that rely on ANPR and ready access to DVLA databases.

Perhaps the title of the clip should be "Bailiff Bulls**ts Before Buggering-Off".

The guy behind the camera has some funny ideas about the law, but the bailiff wasn't helping matters by moving his lips whilst simultaneously emitting speech from his anus.

Bailiff should have said he was going away but may be back soon.

My advice would be to issue a form 4 complaint now
Firstly TV licence carry's an arrest warrant and Marstons have been found to scare children with threats of calling police on single mums

He has no right to enter your home don't let him in and use reasonable
            false to stop him
This may be with a milk bottle over the head if near the door (Case Law)

Find what court who issued the warrant and ask them for a form 4 you will find that the court will try to make out that it does not know what you are talking about be strong and ask for the court manager if he or she does not give you a form 4 than ask to make a complaint about the court this works Trust

If you are allowed to private massage me I know of a company who will no win no fee with these matters and your case looks like 60/40 from what I read
However from September last year Marstons have orderd there Balliffs to have body cams ask for a copy
            trust this helps

I don't know where you get the idea you can do half the things you say you can, Russell, but what you are advocating is unwise in the least.

Also Russell, you didn't get your costs even nearly covered, and you're something like £2k down?

Anyway, private massaging is something that should be kept off site

                Re: Marstons-TV licence!!

no but we have a claim against Marston's I believe and an appeal with regards costs
one other thing to remember is The Judge in this case awarded cost wrongly after the Barrister from Marstons new the procedure better than he with regards to what should happen

This brings me to a point when you make a form 4 complaint the bailiffs have council to rep them and try to scare you off in the first hearing with cost over 2k but the law says this not an option
                But its tried
so the complaint form 4 is Heavily sided with out legal aid

It's all academic as of 75 minutes hence. Form 4 dies at midnight and the new regime is in with no proper complaint system in place as yet.
