When working for Kent Magistrates I used to enter my name on alll forms as Sir Vere....as long as one can identify the bailiff and make contact with them, i.e. a mobile number that's enough!
We had a copper at the station I was attached to in London with a rude-sounding French surname. He was as English as you or I, but we called him "Frog". One Monday morning, Frog and I had cases before the local magistrates where some newly-appointed JPs were sitting. When Frog stepped into the Witness Box to give evidence and gave his full name, the JPs thought he was being facetious. The chair of the bench said to him, "Do you have another name, officer?" *Yes, Your Worship," Frog replied, "It's Frog."

Maybe it's just me...but having been scared to the marrow of my bones by a bailiff I fail to see any jocularity in signing a piece of paper designed solely to use scare tactics to force the poorest people in society into paying money they just don't have with a 'cheeky' non de plume' rather tasteless and tbvh a pisstake.

      Just my opinion of course:tinysmile_twink_t2:

Mr GERBIL a rodent in name and deed, perhaps he should meet, Mr Cat, as in a vicious moggy that eats postmen, and claws the legs of an unsuspecting "visitor" who dares to walk up the garden path.

I have been doing some digging around and believe I have found a photo of this bailiff. Could the OP confirm the photo is that of the bailiff in their case, please?

I wonder if "Ring of Fire" was playing on the radio at the time of the incident in Link 2? If anything, the incident gave a completely new meaning to the word "rectum".

But what of the Gerbil? Does the bailiff think he is the Invincible G Erbil king who can have any motor he sees?

                  Perhaps the answer lies here:

I am going to call the RSPCA!
The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

It's a dirty job, but someone got to do it!

My opinions are free to anyone who wishes to make them theirs, but please be advised that my opinions might change without warning once more true facts are ascertained

Don't think they have any jurisdiction in South Park.

Officer Bar-Brady would lock them up.

I wonder if the music on the radio changed to "Goodness Gracious, Great Balls of Fire" as the gerbil came shooting out?

Or Fire by the Crazy World of Arthur Brown, even more cheesy I'm on Fire by 5000 Volts with Tina Charles a lead.

Perhaps there is a hint that Mr G. Erbil should seek a career change to a Circus Human Cannonball.
