So, I will respond to their letter with their request for risk assessment and contractor details and their insurance details.
Is it worth adding to the letter;
'Mr stressederic has provided you with all your clients requests.
This will be Mr Stressederics final say on this matter'
So without actually threatening court action their solicitor will know our next step will be to gain an access order? Or must I make it clear next steps are court action where I will claim back all associated costs?
