Okay do you no or heard of anybody who has gone to court through primark?

I hardly go in primark maybe once or twice a year id try not go again really

would my photo ever go off there database just hundreds off people work there and i just wouldnt want all the staff be looking at me if i did go in with my mum or my children and be following me around i just wouldnt want it for them as they not done anything

Sorry just going panic until 6 months xxx

They all have their own lives to live

They should not, and if they do they could find themselves in trouble.

Some years ago RLP quoted the Magna Carta in their letters to scare and justify their actions, that was from the year 1215.
So, that kind of says it all. Just get on with your day to day stuff, worrying about something that won't happen is a waste of energy.

If i never get a RLP letter does that meen ill be getting a letter for a summon to court or that they just not bothering

Court isn't going to happen, if they post your picture on social media, you can sue them.

@echant11 its just if a random person who was standing in que as they were looking at me ( a everyday person ) i no im properly over thinking in my head but i have nobody else talk to about this

The chances of Primark reporting this to the police are vanishingly small, and so are the chances of it ever being recorded on any official record.
It won't show on a DBS check
