Sorry to be a pain… In post 12 you've posted 5 images which are of the response pack… in post 22 You have zoomed in on the top right of the document that we want… Which doesn't appear in post 12… You can email all the documents to me ( admin@legalbeagles.into ) if you want it may be that even uploaded six but only five showing or something but you need to get your acknowledgement of service in ASAP. If you can't find that document again you have to do it on paper so you need to get it sent off just tick the intend to defend in full box… Then telephoned the court, tell them you can't find the N1 claim form and ask him to send you a copy of the particulars by email. Have you got the claimants address and address for documents? Because you'll need those as well.

These are The documents you have posted so far - As you can see the one you did a close-up of, with the seal on, there isn't a copy of the full sheet…

I think I may have uploaded the pages wrongly, as they are more than the 6 pages. I am sorry. We have found the claims form. So sorry. I am uploading 4 pages. It may be that I have uploaded some before. I just do not want to miss out any page.

                Amethyst hello,

as as per the above, how should I proceed with the information. I am a complete novice with this, hence it seems I may be asking silly questions

I went ahead at the time to request for them to re-send the claim form and simultaneously SARed them. These replies were recently received

Ok so there is a judgment in default as you hadn't replied to the claim form - you didn't file an acknowledgment of service ??! or defence - it would now cost you £255 to apply to have the judgment set aside. To avoid it being on the register for 6 years it needs to be paid in full before the 14th September, to avoid it increasing by the warrant fee then it needs to be paid sooner ( as it's a forthwith order it's payable immediately)
