It's the main online issuing centre for claims - basically they do the admin until it's defended or an application is made and they send it to the parties local court. Majority of claims we see come initially through the CCBC.

That page that you've done the close-up of, should have a space called brief details of claim… Or particulars of claim ... About halfway down on the left hand side ... under the addresses ... If so can you type those out please… ( circled it on attached pic)

Amethyst thanks for your reply. I have previously attempted the whole page. it’s on #12.
I went back to check and there’s nothing like that. Please could you refer to it to confirm. Thank you..
I only zoomed in to verify what charitynjw was asking for, which is, “if there is a claims number”

He was asking for the remaining part of the place I zoomed in, and I referred back to the place where the page appeared and nothing like what he was asking. These papers are all that are available. Do we ask for this claim letter or go ahead and SAR them?

You should have SARed them when first asked. So you haven't received a claim form, similar to what Amethyst posted? It should have a form number N1 or N1xxx on it. If not then contact the court urgently and tell them you haven't received a claim form although you gave received the other papers.

It would appear that a live county court claim has been issued.
You should have received an N1 county court claim form along with the response pack which you've previously posted.
The N1 would have the Claimant's Particulars of Claim on it.
You have a limited time to respond to the claim which, if you do not do so, you risk a default judgment (19 days max from the issue date...12th July?.... to acknowledge receipt of the claim, which then buys you an extra couple of weeks to file an appropriate defence).CAVEAT LECTOR
