ahem cough beg to differ slightly xx depends what kind of sole trader but usually sole trader accounts are personal with t/a and not actually business accounts....really depends which account it is.

Sorry Jax i must be going loopy but i cant find the business prelim anywhere !

You are right tho you are looking just at penalties for historics on business claims at the moment.
