She's looked at the form and there is nowhere to enter her date of travel! Negligent not to have ascertained this!
On the forms we've seen it does have a date of travel field but if there wasn't one there should have been. You'll no doubt have evidence of the travel date so that will be useful.

Yes indeed. She was asked for 2 preferable dates which she obviously chose BEFORE she was due to go abroad but she was given a date 2 days AFTER her departure!

        Richard Howard statements
In regards to the claim that our website was found to have misleading advertising we provided evidence to the court that the adjudication the Defendant was referring to was entered in error by the government agency (which the agency has publicly admitted) and that our website was and still is advertised in line with all advertising codes and in line with the CAP code therefore not in breach of any advertising Code of Conduct and so could not be considered misleading.

Their is NO Adjudication against UKPassportOffices.co.uk nor any “Upheld” complaint against the accusation that our website could be confused as a government resource or that customers could be “mislead” into believing that they were paying for the passport fee when using our website. The A14-273276 investigation found at: http://www.asa.org.uk/Rulings/Adjudi...x#.VJGCkiusV8E is no longer active due to the error in the executives investigation. Those who wish to validate that this is the case should contact the ASA on: 020 7492 2222

Advertising Standards Authority statement in response
The 17 September adjudication still stands (despite the fact it is
currently subject to the Independent Review process) and, as set out
in that adjudication, the ASA Council found the advertising to be
misleading and in breach of the CAP Code. Any statement that the
adjudication does not stand at the current time would be inaccurate.

The case is currently subject to the Independent Review process and
we are hopeful that will be completed in March, at which point any
amended adjudication would be published on our website. We are not
able to give further details of the case as it is ongoing but the
fact it is subject to Independent Review does not mean that the
adjudication will (or will not be) changed either in wording or
overall decision. Any suggestion that a final decision has been made
by the ASA Council in the case as a result of the Independent Review
        would be inaccurate.

              Head. Knob.

Rearrange these two nouns and combine them to form a suitably descriptive compound noun for a whopper who rips off unwary passport seekers.

Changing the name of a hugely successful, genuine, 3rd party website when it's just celebrated 0.02% market share of a market that isn't a market as a passport is a legal document and isn't something you can buy off the shelf like an advice guide such as 'How To Rip Off and Screw People'?

To avoid any link to recent negative press reports, perchance?

              WHOPPER.

The change to 'UK' is very recent I'm sure. It's still 'British' without clearing my cache.

I wonder who Alex from Kent is lol?

I'm sure that's got something to do with it.

At least 'UK Passport' is more accurate given that there's no such thing as a British passport.
