              Expect the only thing of value would be computers, and may be too late for bailiffs to nab those?

                No! But thats a bloody brilliant idea. I'm sure we can persuade Barbabra Windsor and a few of the remaining cast for some cameo roles, with David Walliams playing RH and Matt Lucas as the judge lol

                    Presumably if any charges are brought any names would be made public. Will have to look up what happened with Who4 and taxreturngateway to see how long that took.

                          Don't think that's right.... the ''international driving licence'' and ''emergency travel document'' maybe. I think most people who have complained thought they were paying for their passport renewal and were then shocked when they got to their passport office appointment and were told they hadn't paid for them after all - so in that case they were misled into what they were paying for but no I wouldn't say 'fake' documents per se.

                            Arrests at copycat website company after a surge of consumer complaints

                            National Trading Standards is once again warning consumers to be vigilant about ‘copycat’ websites – and to report suspect sites – following the arrest of five people this morning. As part of an ongoing crackdown on the sites – which deceive consumers into spending over the odds for government services – enforcement officers from the National Trading Standards eCrime Team raided four locations across London and the home counties at around 09.30.

                              During today’s arrests officers seized computers and customer records believed to belong to the company behind the copycat site – which has been shut down until further notice.
                              BPS is still up and running. Not clear if they mean the company, the infringing website or both in that comment though.
