Many people have tried in those circumstances, and worse, to win a popla (old version) and all have failed. To win at popla you need legal arguments.

Oh no, Why do they Word it the way they do, If ide known i needed legal speak i would have waited. I feel so Stupid. What do i do. Is there anything I can do. what happens now? How long will i have to wait till i hear what my mistake will cost me. How do I ask them to Delete It?

All you can do is ask popla https://www.popla.co.uk/help-with-your-appeal to delete your whole appeal and hope they will. If not ask if you can resubmit an appeal.

Failing that all you can do is wait and see. Some operators aren't contesting appeals so the motorists wins by default.

Your mistake doesn't really cost anything more than a good chance to have it quashed. To enforce it, should you decide not to pay, they'd need to go to court and win.

ok how is this for e-mailing them:
I earlier submitted an appeal to a parking charge notice, however in my heist & heightened emotional state i failed to add relevant key information & instead entered high emotionally charged elements that are in no way relevant to the appeal & that which could effect the out come of the appeal.
Could I therefore request that My appeal be deleted or if at all possible request that I might be allowed to re-submit my appeal.
I apologise for any inconvenience

That explains entering a popla appeal quite well.

You only get one shot so enter everything at once. You may need to convert to pdf, i'm not sure on that.

Hi, Thank you very much. do you think i should just go ahead & re-submit another popla they have e-mailed me saying that they will not delete my original or allow me to amend it. they haven't said i cant re submit a new one though. Kind regards.
