Hi all,
I am having trouble writing a letter to court. I know what I need to say and ask but not sure on length and things. The letter is to request removal of anxiillary orders after 5 year period has passed with time remaining (no black marks been good all way through)
so the problems / questions. Should it be a page long condensed and straight to point? should it be detailed and longer to show thinking and details of past, present and future? Can I include letters of support and evidence?
First impression I know is important so I need to have this spot on and make sure i don't miss anything.
Thanks for any and all help and look forward to your reply.
