My Copy of the CCA

What do you mean by "my copy of the CCA"? Do you mean a copy of your CCA Request to Lowells or do you mean a copy of the original credit agreement from your own files?

Thank you everyone, you have helped me this morning with your kind wishes, I am so nervous now and getting ready to set off and see what's waiting for me at the Court, Got my self dressed in a nice shirt, pants and tie, not too flash but not scruffy, and ready for my sirs and madams (depending on who is the DJ)
Hopefully Lowell will go with the current trend and NOT send anyone in, and a magical Witness Statement will show from there side and I will get a good result from this, or hope that the DJ warms to me.

I will update on here as soon as I can with good OR bad news.

Omg they have sent someone to court 🙈 Why does this happen to me

They have said they sent me the docs yesterday for witness statement and tried hand me the witness statement I didn't take it

She came over as you said and said they are going for adjournment as they know they have cocked up !!! I'm so nervous now

WS is too late see what the judge says hopefully with all the unfair practices they have use it'll get thrown out, don't for get our list hand it to the judge and the rep.

Judge took us in, told the Lowells solicitor person off, they asked for the judge to adjourn and she said no. Told her it was struck out (so what's this mean now) and we're out after 5 minutes....

Said Lowell keep on failing to do this and I have followed all complaince and they did not

The judge has acted perfectly I didn't think they would succeed with all that crap.
