Ok maybe i shall just leave it then, i thought of adding on there that lowell solicitor cohen cramer hasnt sent me full solid proof of documents on the t mobile account and only a typed out letter by them with figures amounts . Do you think i stand a chance of winning this case on the basis that lowell have no solid proof i owe money?

If there's a need to file an Amended Defence for any reasons (such as late disclosure of documents or new evidence) then you'll need to make an Application to the court for permission or get the Claimant to consent.

I haven't read through your thread or seen any documents but you should get the opportunity to file a Witness Statement at a later stage if this claim continues to the county court.

You can flesh things out then

(But not introduce new legal arguments which would need to be done by filing an Amended Defence with permission from the court or by consent with the Claimant.)
