        Sols have advised they have requested docs...so wait til I hear from them...i, sure I will at some point

          Recd a letter from Mortimer Clarke asking for a reply to their letter of jan all the letter said was can I set up a payment plan
          ive not responded nor have I heard anything from the court case that is stayed...
          they have not sent docs as they said they would in response to my defence...advice please

            All you can do other than ignore them is ask the court to strike the case out, they will want you to send a formal strike out application I suspect.

            Kelike has just got a notice of discontinuance around 4 months after the defence went in http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...m&goto=newpost - maybe a letter to the claimants on similar lines might help

              Thanks I've read the letter to the court manager should I do the same and cc Mort C I have a letter from citi saying they have no agreement ....but I was paying a small payment to citi up til 8mnths ago citi have not written to me since 2010.
