    In what way?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Thank you all again for your help and support with this Matter, I'm not confused as I think I just read the replies incorrectly.
I have responded to the dealership and provided a photo of my insurance which clearly states use for SDP only.
I'm just waiting for there response

        Hello again.
I've just received this reply from the dealership, I'm going to phone now and try and take it in as it's raining.

Dear Xxxx Thank you for your email. We would propose that you return the vehicle to Riverview Cars Ltd for an inspection. We understand your wish to reject the vehicle due to their being a failed repair. In order to confirm your allegation we will need to inspect the vehicle at a time convenient to you.

Please advise when the vehicle can be returned for inspection.

        Yours sincerely

Having rejected the vehicle it is for you to make it available for collection and for them to arrange its collection

                    Hello again
I've just received this email (what a load, I've got a video of water dripping down from the roof before I took it in )

Thank you for returning the vehicle to us for inspection. We have looked at the vehicle and the radio is working without issue. We have also carried out a water test on the exterior of the vehicle and cannot find any leakages inside the vehicle. We did note some dampness on the roof lining and upon inspection this was simply the residue from the previous repair and the roof lining requires drying which we are doing for you.

Given we have been unable to find any faults with the vehicle we would ask if you obtained any inspection reports from garages in order that we may double check and identify the source of any interior water seepage.

We look forward to hearing from you.

                    Thank you,

What can I do now please help

Are you able to arrange an appointment with the garage and ask for a high pressure hose to be directed on the windscreen. Have a camera ready to capture the leak.
You can't rely on what the garage is saying. about no visible leakages. You could find it still leaks the next time it rains heavily

They are leading you a 'merry dance'.

I would send them a Letter Before Action, take them to Court. You have your evidence 'the video'.

But only do this if you are going to follow through. See how they respond when they get the letter.

In the letter state you have visual evidence, for all you know, they may have tried a fix it
                        instead of inspecting it.

Give them 14 days to refund before you lodge a Court Claim.

The Radio which they new was switching on all the time was supposed to have been fixed before delivery which has not happened.
Why would I have had the vehicle inspected from another garage when water is clearly visible dripping from the roof of the cab ??

You could tell from some of their responses, that they were clueless and 'fumbling' around for reasons not to refund.

I would be wary about relying on my own video evidence in a claim. When I sent a video of my washing machine excessively vibrating with crashing noises when on spin a supervising engineer of a well known manufacturer told me "You could have put a brick in it!"
As there is so much at stake it would be safer to obtain an independent inspection report or arrange a joint test as post 55

Maybe it's their way to say that the vehicle is beyond the 30 days, thus requires an independent inspection for a refund.
