          Whilst am very sorry to hear that, i can't help but be shocked at how stupid their decision is. Their actions are completely unfair and unreasonable given the time it has taken and a tribunal is not likely to take the matter lightly either!

            Thanks guys, you have been a great help during this. I asked a few questions on the time frame and why it had taken so long....ended up taking a small break while she got a answer from some one in legal I think.
            then at the end I was sent out side while a decision was made at 11:30am and called back in a 1:45 where I was dismissed for gross misconduct :tinysmile_cry_t:

            Gutted


            I actually had a job lined up just before the first disciplinary hearing but when they said I needed to come back at a later date, the company could not hold the job open any longer. So I'm jobless as well thanks to there inability to handle this
