      I may be wrong, but I think most overdrafts are classed as regulated agreements.

      If so, it may be an idea to send a CCA request.

      What do others think?

        OD's set up after 2011 unsure which month.

          It was definitely set up pre 2011 as claim details. Thank you so much for all your help. With the DQ do I tick yes for mediation and small claims track?

            I returned the DQ it was filed on the 19/05 as was the claimants. I agreed to mediation although I still have received no documents to give any information on the debt. Do I just sit and wait now?
