It has been 28 days, today, since I submitted my defence. I have checked MCOL and it has not been updated. I have had no further communication from HC. Do I speak to Northampton or just wait?

Yes check with the court the claim may be stayed.

I may be wrong, but I think most overdrafts are classed as regulated agreements.

If so, it may be an idea to send a CCA request.

What do others think?

It was definitely set up pre 2011 as claim details. Thank you so much for all your help. With the DQ do I tick yes for mediation and small claims track?

I returned the DQ it was filed on the 19/05 as was the claimants. I agreed to mediation although I still have received no documents to give any information on the debt. Do I just sit and wait now?
